Pad Tai


Thai foods are so popular in world’s community. Identity that makes Thai foods become popular is the identity of tastes which are so smooth and perfectly consisted of sour, sweet, and spicy that would be balanced in tastes. When people taste the foods which are smooth, they will feel of the smoothness of each taste perfectly. Although there are more than ten types of Thai foods that are well known and popular in nowadays, there are a lot of new Thai foods that can be shown to everyone. This is the reason why the foreigners always say that they like to try new Thai foods in Thai new opened restaurant because they hope to try to eat new exotic menus. Thai foods have exotic tastes which include not fat and not greasy. The foreigners said that Thai foods are soft foods. Although they ate so many foods, they still are not uncomfortable. Thai foods are well known as health foods because it was always consisted of many vegetables and vegetables in side dishes such as Pad Tai Koong Sod or fried noodles with shrimps.  Pad Tai is usually used thin noodles to fry with eggs, Chinese leek, bean sprouts, chopped radish, bean curd, roasted peanuts, and dried shrimp. Then, to season with pepper, fish sauce and sugar, and serve with Chinese leek, lemon, fresh bean sprouts and banana blossom roasts to be a side dish. Some Pad Tai shop put pork into the Pad Tai. Some shop use different kinds of noodles to cook so that the name of Pad Tai will change by the recipes in each Pad Tai. Moreover, Pad mee Korat which is similar to Pad Tai is so tasty and popular among foreigners also.
